About this course.

Getting over your pointe shoe or getting up on pointe at all.
Perhaps you are looking pulled back in your shoes, you may have a low demi pointe, sickled feet, weak toes, ankles and poor line of foot in jumps and extensions.
Now this isn’t an ordinary course!
Isabella has been there, her feet grew so quickly when she was younger, she was so behind in strength of her ankles and toes. Her teacher used to say say they looked like flippers when she jumped and sickled when she would come out of a turn.
It takes consistent work to improve something but with these strategic exercises and stretches as well as proper technique which I explain, Isabella developed strong feet with beautiful supple lines.

Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder
Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet.
