    If your feet are lacking in strength or flexibility.

    Getting over your pointe shoe or getting up on pointe at all.
    Perhaps you are looking pulled back in your shoes, you may have a low demi pointe, sickled feet, weak toes, ankles and poor line of foot in jumps and extensions.

    Now this isn’t an ordinary course!

    Isabella has been there, her feet grew so quickly when she was younger, she was so behind in strength of her ankles and toes. Her teacher used to say say they looked like flippers when she jumped and sickled when she would come out of a turn.

    It takes consistent work to improve something but with these strategic exercises and stretches as well as proper technique which I explain, Isabella developed strong feet with beautiful supple lines.

    Amazing Feet Course – Lesson 1

    In this lesson we will be learning all about how to exercise our feet in the best possible way to encourage proper use of all the toes, the ankle and underneath of foot. Having feet trained to work like our hands will give you strength to keep your toes long, power in jumps and relevés as well as having an aesthetically pleasing line. Enjoy your first lesson.

    Hеre is where we will get in to the key stretches I want you to learn to uncover your highest arch. Practice these stretches daily and you will see improvements in your arches and line of foot! Once you combine the strength elements with the flexibility elements. Everything will start to come together. With stretching we must be consistent. If you practice regularly, you will see results!

    Congratulations! You’ve made it to the final lesson. We will be learning how to maximise our new found foot strength and flexibility in the ballet class itself. How to feel our feet in first position, How to do a proper tendu along with a few more tips and visualisation tools. Please refer back to the course to do the exercises again, refresh your memory and keep improving your arches and strength. Getting you well on your way to having the amazing feet you deserve! Enjoy your last lesson!

    Founder

    ​Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet.
