Get ready to feel your core like never before! Using props such as, a small foam roller and yoga block, we will use these to guide us. When lifting the legs in either développé or grand battement, we often underestimate the power the core has in lifting the legs. It’s not just about the legs themselves! In this class prepare to push yourself for a stronger body
Meet your teacher.
Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder
Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet. Isabella then founded BWI and is working with dancers worldwide to help them achieve their goals.
