Welcome back, today we are talking about bullying in school, dealing with it as a student and as an adult later in life. Not so much being bullied as an adult but mainly dealing with issues such as anxiety, self doubt and depression as an adult as a result of the bullying from childhood. There’s many layers to this. My heart goes out to anyone who is being bullied and I’m here to help!
