Cancellation Policy
All deposits for the BWI Reset Retreat are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the BWI Terms and Conditions.
Payment Policy
A £1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the BWI Reset Retreat. The remaining balance is due by 1st July 2025.
Registration and Confirmation
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of the full deposit.
Payment Schedule
The following payment schedule applies to all bookings:
- £1,000 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due by 1st July 2025
- Payment reminders will be sent 30 days before the balance due date
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit
Physical Readiness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to attend and participate in the Retreat. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are attending of their own accord. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Medical Information
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations that might affect their participation in retreat activities. This information must be provided at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter. BWI reserves the right to request a physician’s approval for participation if deemed necessary for safety reasons.
Travel Insurance Requirement
Due to the international nature of the retreat, all participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:
- Trip cancellation/interruption
- Medical emergencies and evacuation
- Personal belongings and baggage
- COVID-19 related disruptions (if available)
Participants may be asked to provide proof of insurance prior to the retreat. Failure to obtain adequate insurance is at the participant’s own risk.
Visa and Travel Documentation
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have all proper documentation required for travel to Greece, including:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the retreat dates
- Any required visas or travel authorisations
- Any required vaccination certificates or health documents
- BWI is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold BWI harmless from any claims, legal actions, or costs arising from physical injury, illness, damage, or mental stress sustained during activities associated with the BWI Reset Retreat.
Physical Contact
Due to the nature of the Retreat, physical adjustments and contact may be necessary by Isabella McGuire Mayes (or an authorised member of the BWI team) to ensure correct technique and alignment.
Insurance
BWI advise participants to obtain insurance that covers cancellation due to illness or injury, as deposits will not be refunded for withdrawals caused by physical conditions. Participants with existing injuries or conditions attend the BWI Reset Retreat at their own risk.
Removal
BWI reserve the right to remove any participant experiencing physical or emotional stress, illness, discomfort, or injury from the Retreat until they are deemed fit to resume participation.
Participation Level
If the BWI team determines that your ability poses a potential risk to your safety, BWI reserves the right to assess your participation. Following a discussion with you, BWI may determine that it is unsafe for you to continue with certain activities. In such cases, BWI retains the right to modify your participation in the interest of safety. Additionally, if a participant is found to be disruptive or causing upset to others, BWI reserves the right to assess the situation. If it is determined that their behaviour negatively impacts the experience of others, BWI may withdraw their participation from the Retreat without refund.
Privacy and Property Respect
Participants must always respect the privacy and property of others. Entering another participant’s bedroom without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Similarly, taking or borrowing others’ belongings without permission will be considered theft and grounds for immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund. BWI maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding theft or invasion of privacy. Any such incidents will be taken seriously and may involve local authorities if necessary.
Personal Property
BWI are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the Retreat.
Photography, Filming, and Sound Recording
BWI reserve the right, along with authorised third parties, to conduct general photography, filming, and sound recording during the Retreat. This may include all activities. By signing the BWI photography & liability waiver, participants consent to being recorded or photographed.
Ownership of Media
BWI retain full ownership rights to all photographs, videos, and sound recordings taken during the event. These materials may be used for promotional or educational purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Room Allocation
Rooms at the retreat villa vary in size, layout, and features. BWI will allocate rooms based on booking type (single/double occupancy), booking order (first-come, first-served), and any special requirements. BWI reserves the right to change room allocations if necessary for operational reasons. For double occupancy bookings, please specify your preferred roommate at the time of booking. If your specified roommate does not book or cancels, you will be required to upgrade to single occupancy at the single occupancy rate, or you may suggest an alternative roommate subject to BWI approval. All rooms include a king/double bed, en-suite bathroom facilities. Room size, configurations, views, and specific features may vary.
Damages Policy
Participants will be held responsible for any damages caused to the villa, its contents, or any retreat property due to negligence or wilful action. By booking, participants agree to promptly reimburse BWI for any damages they cause during the retreat. A credit card may be required upon check-in for potential incidentals.
Changes to Retreat Event
BWI reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location or content before and/or during the event. All registrants will be notified of such changes via email. BWI reserves the right to make changes to its authorised coaching staff at the Retreat before and/or during the event. All registrants will be notified of such changes via email. A change to advertised coaching staff will not lead to fees being refunded. In the unlikely event that Isabella McGuire Mayes herself is for any reason unable to attend as advertised and scheduled, BWI reserves the right to provide a substitute coach. This will not lead to fees being refunded.
COVID-19 and Health Emergency Protocols
BWI will follow all local health guidelines and requirements in place at the time of the retreat. If governmental restrictions make it impossible to operate the retreat, the provisions under “21. Cancellation or Postponement” will apply.
Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of BWI, including but not limited to weather, force majeure, illness, or public health concerns, ticket holders will be offered the option to either:
a) Receive a refund according to the policy below, or
b) Transfer their ticket to another future BWI Reset Retreat, subject to availability Amount of Refund
The amount refunded will depend on how much of the Retreat has taken place. (a) If the entire Retreat is cancelled or abandoned before it begins, a 100% refund (including deposit) will be issued within 7–10 working days. (b) If the Retreat is interrupted or abandoned before half of it has taken place, a 50% refund will be issued within 7–10 working days. (c) If the Retreat is interrupted or abandoned after half of it has taken place, no refund will be issued. Refunds or ticket transfers are limited to the ticket price paid and do not cover additional expenses incurred by the ticket holder, such as travel or accommodation costs.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers to another individual are permitted up to 30 days before the Retreat, subject to prior approval by the BWI team. Requests must be submitted in writing, and the new ticket holder must meet all requirements for participation in the event. BWI reserves the right to decline ticket transfer requests at its discretion. Once approved, the new ticket holder assumes all terms and conditions of the original purchase. No transfers will be allowed within 30 days of the event. If you have purchased a double occupancy ticket, both parties must agree to the transfer and be comfortable with any necessary adjustments.
Refund Policy
- The £1,000 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
- If a participant cancels before 1st July 2025, any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 1st July 2025
- Except for the specific circumstances set out in paragraph 21 above, all payments made for the BWI Reset Retreat are final
- Excessive consumption that interferes with participation or disrupts others is prohibited
- Participants are expected to drink responsibly
- BWI reserves the right to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption for any participant
- No alcohol consumption is permitted before or during ballet classes or physical activities
Accessibility

Privacy
BWI respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Any personal information collected during registration or participation in the Retreat will be used solely for administrative purposes, event coordination, and communication.
Force Majeure
BWI shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, BWI reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Retreat as necessary.
What’s Included
Your ticket includes accommodation, scheduled activities, meals, and return transfers between Mykonos Airport/Port and the villa as specified in the retreat description. Transportation to and from your home country to Mykonos is not included, nor is optional treatments and additional add-ons offered.
