About This Level
Designed for adult dancers aged 18+ with previous ballet experience, the Improver / Intermediate level is for those ready to move beyond the basics and take a more considered approach to their training.
You’ll work on alignment, coordination and musicality, developing the strength and control to tackle more demanding combinations with greater confidence. As your technique progresses, the focus shifts towards greater precision, speed and complexity, helping you understand not just how to execute a movement, but how to make it work for you.
With detailed corrections and focused teaching from Isabella, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge familiar habits, build consistency and make meaningful progress, all within an environment that values curiosity, hard work and a genuine love of dancing.

You'll Love This Intensive If:
- You have around 2 to 4 years of ballet training and feel ready for more challenge.
- You have attended a Beginner level Intensive and want to push further.
- You can follow a full barre and simple centre combinations and pick up basic choreography with confidence.
- You recognise standard ballet terminology without needing it explained.
- You are ready to work harder, go deeper, and come away a stronger dancer than when you arrived.
This Intensive May Not Be Right For You If:
- You are still learning directions and terminology
- You are looking for drop-in classes or a part-time workshop (this intensive is 2 days).
- You aren’t interested in focusing on the minute details of technique

The Schedule
The improver / intermediate intensive runs across two training days, typically from around 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
Please note the schedule shown is a guide and subject to change. Your final schedule will be shared with you ahead of the intensive.

Absolutely not. As long as you’re 18+ and comfortable with a few full dance classes a week, you’re more than welcome to join us.
We offer Intensives for all levels, from Ballet Lab to Advanced. Visit our website for upcoming events and availability.
For our Advanced and Intermediate Intensives, you should be confident dancing en pointe, as pointe work is included throughout the programme.
For our Improver and Beginner Intensives, being en pointe is not required. Pointe classes at these levels focus on pre-pointe training, making them beneficial for all dancers. You’ll work on strengthening your feet, ankles, and legs through targeted exercises that build the technique and stability needed for pointe work in the future. These classes are valuable whether you’re already dancing en pointe or not.
The Intensive is designed to be taken as a full experience. If you absolutely must miss one day, let us know in advance. We’ll try to help, but we strongly recommend attending the full event.
No – all of our Intensives are in-person only.
We offer a 50% refund if you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the Intensive. If you cancel within 2 months of the event, tickets are non-refundable.
No, unfortunately we no longer accept ticket swaps.
You’ll receive a detailed full welcome pack before the event with everything you need to know – including what to bring, what to wear and how to prepare. We’ve got you covered!
Absolutely! Just enjoy it in the designated areas and bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your start time. A team member will welcome you and take you to the studio.
