Across two focused mornings, you’ll build the foundations of your technique, develop a deeper understanding of classical ballet and discover what’s possible when you approach your training with purpose. Real foundations. Real progress. Real dancing.
About This Level
Designed for adult dancers aged 18+, this level is ideal for those with around two years of experience training at least once a week, adults returning to ballet, or anyone with some experience who wants to build their technique properly from the ground up.
We move with care and intention here. You’ll learn to stand with correct alignment, move with clarity and coordinate your whole body with purpose, developing the strength, awareness and confidence that support lasting progress.
With detailed teaching and individual corrections from Isabella, you’ll begin to understand not just what to do, but why. Every detail matters. Every step is earned.
Whether you’re returning to something you love or ready to give ballet the attention it deserves, these two mornings are an opportunity to strengthen your foundations and rediscover the joy of dancing.

The Schedule
The beginner intensive runs across two training days, typically from around 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Please note the schedule shown is a guide and subject to change. Your final schedule will be shared with you ahead of the intensive.

Absolutely not. As long as you’re 18+ and comfortable with a few full dance classes a week, you’re more than welcome to join us.
We offer Intensives for all levels, from Ballet Lab to Advanced. Visit our website for upcoming events and availability.
For our Advanced and Intermediate Intensives, you should be confident dancing en pointe, as pointe work is included throughout the programme.
For our Improver and Beginner Intensives, being en pointe is not required. Pointe classes at these levels focus on pre-pointe training, making them beneficial for all dancers. You’ll work on strengthening your feet, ankles, and legs through targeted exercises that build the technique and stability needed for pointe work in the future. These classes are valuable whether you’re already dancing en pointe or not.
The Intensive is designed to be taken as a full experience. If you absolutely must miss one day, let us know in advance. We’ll try to help, but we strongly recommend attending the full event.
No – all of our Intensives are in-person only.
We offer a 50% refund if you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the Intensive. If you cancel within 2 months of the event, tickets are non-refundable.
No, unfortunately we no longer accept ticket swaps.
You’ll receive a detailed full welcome pack before the event with everything you need to know – including what to bring, what to wear and how to prepare. We’ve got you covered!
Absolutely! Just enjoy it in the designated areas and bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your start time. A team member will welcome you and take you to the studio.
