For the first time, ISABELLA is bringing the Ballet Lab to Hong Kong.
Created for young dancers who want to develop their technique, build confidence and discover what they’re capable of, the Ballet Lab offers focused training in a supportive environment where dancers are encouraged to explore, make mistakes and learn through the process.
For this first Hong Kong edition, we’re introducing two dedicated groups: the Junior Ballet Lab for ages 10–13 and the Senior Ballet Lab for ages 14–18. Each group has its own tailored programme, giving dancers the space, individual attention and meaningful corrections they need to progress at their own level.
No getting lost in a crowded studio. No pressure to be perfect. Just focused work, personal feedback and the breakthroughs that come from understanding your technique and discovering what your body can do.
Designed for dancers aged 14–18, the Senior Ballet Lab offers two afternoons of focused training for those ready to challenge themselves and refine their technique.
Through detailed technical work and individual corrections from Isabella, dancers will tackle the finer details of classical ballet, develop greater strength and control, and explore their artistry. It’s an opportunity to put feedback into practice, push beyond familiar habits and gain a deeper understanding of their dancing.
Vaganova technique, focused technique deep-dives, pointe work for dancers already en pointe, repertoire, conditioning and stretch.

No audition is required. If you’re unsure whether Ballet Lab is the right fit for you, please email us at events@balletwithisabella.com and we’ll be happy to help.
