About this intensive

Where serious technique and the joy of dancing come together.

The Ballet Lab is back, and this year we are doing something new. For the first time ever, we are opening it up to younger students, splitting into two age groups so every dancer gets the focused, personalised experience they deserve. The Lab is a welcoming space created for young dancers to experiment, grow, and discover what they are truly capable of, without the fear of making mistakes. No big group classes where you can get lost in the crowd. No pressure to perform. Just you, the work, and the breakthroughs that come when you finally get the attention and corrections you need.

About This Group

The Junior Lab is designed for younger dancers who are serious about their training and ready to go deeper than their regular classes allow. We keep numbers small so Isabella can give every dancer her full attention, spotting the details, making the corrections, and helping each young dancer understand their own body and movement in a way that lasts. This is a judgment-free zone. There is no competition here, no need to prove yourself. It is simply a place to try, fall over, try again, and find your breakthrough.

A Day at the Junior Lab

In-depth technique classes, detailed personal feedback, conditioning and stretch, repertoire, and a confidence-building environment unlike anything else.

How to Apply

Before you buy — have everything ready.

To make sure every dancer is in the right room and gets the most from their time at the Lab, we ask for a short video before your place is confirmed. This is not an audition. It is simply so we can understand your current level and support you in the best way possible.

Step 1 – Film your video.

Here is what to film:

  • Plié in 1st position (demi and grand), tendu devant effacé, développé à la seconde, arabesque en l’air (profile view)
  • A short adage combination of your choice on both sides.
  • Wear ballet attire with hair in a bun and keep the camera steady so we can clearly see your posture, line, and technique.

Upload your video to WeTransfer or YouTube (set it to unlisted), so it can only be viewed by us or anyone with the link.

Step 2 – Purchase your ticket.

Tickets go on sale:

  • Prima Member Release: Saturday 25th July 2026 at 2pm BST
  • General Release: Sunday 26th July 2026 at 2pm BST.

Step 3 – Submit your video link at checkout.

  • Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to fill in a short form. This is where you will need to provide the link to your audition video. Please do not skip this step. Without a video link, we will unfortunately need to void and refund your ticket.

Step 4 – Application review.

  • Within 7 days of receiving your video link, we will review your submission and confirm your place. If we feel another level would support your training more effectively, we will reach out to discuss options, subject to availability, or offer a full refund.
