This level is for dancers with a strong technical foundation, whether you train with a company or independently as a freelance dancer. It is designed to stretch and challenge you, reflecting the demands of a professional training environment. It is ideal for advanced amateur adults, newly graduated students, and professional dancers, including those returning from injury or simply wishing to train with Isabella.
This intensive is for advanced adult dancers (18+) who are ready to go deeper – both technically and artistically. It’s challenging work in a space that supports you, lifts you, and leaves you feeling empowered.
To create a space that feels high-level, focused, and supportive, where everyone can grow at the right pace and work to a similarly high standard, we ask for a short audition video before your place is confirmed.
Advanced requires an application, here’s everything you need to have ready before you buy.
Step 1: Prepare your video.
Before tickets go live, film a 5 to 10 minute application video. Ayumi Hirusaki’s album to use for your video is HERE.
If you have a variation or repertoire you’d like to include, you’re welcome to do so.
Upload your video to WeTransfer or YouTube (set it to unlisted), so it can only be viewed by us or anyone with the link. Have that link copied and ready to go before you start checkout, once your ticket is in your basket, you’ll only have a few minutes to complete your purchase, so we recommend having it to hand.
Step 2 – Submit your video link during checkout
Before you check out and complete your purchase, you will be asked to fill in a short form. This is where you will need to provide the link to your application video.
Important: Please include your video link at checkout. Without it, we will unfortunately need to void and refund your ticket.
Step 3 – Application review
Within 7 days of receiving your video link, we will review your submission and confirm your place. If we feel another level would support your training more effectively, we will reach out to discuss options (subject to availability) or offer a full refund.
Questions about the video or process? Email events@balletwithisabella.com – we’re here to help.
The programme runs over six full training days, typically from around 9:00am to 5:30pm. High levels of fitness, technique, and confidence en pointe are essential, as pointe work is an integral part of the training.
Mid-week, we host an informal social in the studio after class at Rambert (Wednesday 26 August 2026*), offering time to connect with Isabella and your fellow dancers.
