Isabella

We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

New to ballet or coming back after a break? This is where it all begins. Designed for dancers who’ve done just a few classes or feel overwhelmed by fast open-level barres, this class goes back to basics. With slowed-down demonstrations, detailed cues and thoughtful pacing, Isabella breaks each movement down to help you understand what to feel, how to place your body and how to build muscle memory that actually sticks. It’s a supportive space to practise at your own pace, repeat as needed and start laying the groundwork for clean, confident technique.
