We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress
  • An arabesque each side – master it, and make it clean
  • 1 minute butterfly stretch – breathe, don’t force, keep your back long and actively push the knees out

About this Course

Turnout was always my biggest struggle. When I was younger, my turnout was so limited that I had physios measuring it weekly to see if I’d ever be able to improve it. My director at Tring told my mum I would never become a dancer because of it.

That hurt. But I was stubborn. I worked hard. I trained at The Royal Ballet School and then at The Vaganova Academy, where flat turnout isn’t a suggestion, it’s a standard. I decided I would find a way. And I did.

In this course, I’m sharing exactly how I got there. You’ll learn the exercises that helped me activate the right muscles, build strength, and open up the rotation I didn’t think I had. This isn’t about forcing your turnout. It’s about learning to work with your body and make real, measurable progress. I know what it’s like to be told you can’t. So let’s prove them wrong together.
