We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

If you want higher legs, cleaner lines and more control, it starts here. This slider core class teaches you how to connect to the muscles that actually matter for ballet technique. You’ll learn to activate the deep core and psoas so your hip flexors can stop doing all the heavy lifting and your legs can move with real freedom.

Expect precise, targeted work that wakes up the muscles you need for adage, extensions and stability. It’s challenging in all the right ways, but the payoff is huge. Once you feel this connection, you won’t unfeel it. Strong, centred and lifted from the inside out.
