A mat Pilates class designed to help dancers organise and connect their bodies before training. This session focuses on fundamental Pilates principles — alignment, breath, deep support, and coordinated movement — using clear, accessible exercises that build efficient movement patterns from the ground up.
Ideal as a “set-up” class, it supports turnout, core control, foot and hip stability, and overall body awareness without creating unnecessary fatigue. Suitable for all levels.
