We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

BWI - Isabella dancing

We'll be back soon. In the meantime... keep it moving

  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress
  • An arabesque each side – master it, and make it clean
  • 1 minute butterfly stretch – breathe, don’t force, keep your back long and actively push the knees out

About this Course

This 7-day Pilates course isn’t about just doing the exercises. It’s about understanding exactly how and why they work.

Designed for dancers who want to train with intelligence and intention, this course will help you build body awareness, refine your technique, and make real, lasting change in how you move. Across seven targeted sessions, expert instructor Zoe will take you through Pilates with the level of detail ballet dancers need – no guesswork, no fluff.

You’ll explore the body’s powerhouse areas, fix common compensation habits, and learn to cue your body for strength, length and alignment.

If you’re ready to stop just following along and start taking control of your training, this is your course. It’s precision. It’s power. It’s Pilates, made for dancers.

Ready to learn the ‘why’ behind the movement? Let’s get into it.

Is this course for me? Yes if..

  • You’re a dancer already familiar with Pilates and want to go deeper
  • You want to understand what your body is doing—not just copy a movement
  • You’re training for ballet, contemporary or cross-discipline and want better control
  • You’re tired of powering through exercises without seeing proper results
  • You want expert instruction focused on detail, not just flow

Look for another course if...

  • You’re brand new to Pilates (start with a beginner-friendly program first!)
  • You’re currently injured or have movement restrictions that require modification
  • You’re pregnant or postpartum (consult your medical provider before starting Pilates)
  • You’re after a fast-paced fitness class rather than a technique-focused course
