This class is a high-energy, full-body strength workout designed for dancers to build the power, control, and muscle support needed for clean, confident technique. It focuses on strength, mobility, and mindful movement, targeting key dance muscles through dynamic, low-impact exercises that improve stamina, alignment, injury prevention, helping dancers feel strong, energised, and ready to move.
