This gentle but targeted class focuses on hip mobility, deep rotator activation and easing tension in the muscles dancers use most.

With slow, intentional movements, we’ll work into the hip flexors, glutes, deep rotators and fascia to create better openness and stability. Perfect for dancers who feel tight, restricted or disconnected from their turnout, this session helps you reset and realign.
