  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress
  • An arabesque each side – master it, and make it clean
  • 1 minute butterfly stretch – breathe, don’t force, keep your back long and actively push the knees out

Big jumps take more than big effort. They take power, precision and proper technique. And this course is here to build all three. Across 9 lessons, you’ll develop the strength, speed and control needed to take your grand allegro to the next level. From glutes and fast-twitch drills to jump-specific corrections, we’ll break it down one element at a time so you can jump higher, land lighter and move with more freedom.

You’ll be guided by expert tutorials, correctional cues and technique tips that give real results. Whether you’re working on height, rebound or sequencing, you’ll build the tools to finally feel confident mid-air. And in control when you land. Get ready to fly.
