We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

Class Info
About this Class

Recovery is training. Foam rolling helps you stay mobile, balanced and ready to work at your best, and this class shows you how to use it properly. You’ll learn to release tight fascia, improve circulation and reduce stiffness so your flexibility feels usable, not forced.

When muscles are supple and responsive, you can access more range, more strength and more ease in everything from pliés to développé. It also plays a huge role in injury prevention by reducing strain, calming overworked areas and keeping your whole system in balance.

Think of this as your reset button. The more you roll, the more your dancing opens up.
