
We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

This class is perfect to build your stamina whilst maintaining your floor barre practice.
The first four exercises will be done non stop with no pauses and high repetitions. This alone will get you sweating! That section is perfect to do before class to warm up.
When there is time in your schedule to do the whole class, we will continue with Adage, abdo, batterie and grand battement!
