Using floor barre principles, we’ll target the glutes, inner thighs, hamstrings and core to refine technique and strengthen the muscles that support développés. Expect precise cues to help you feel your turnout, deepen your connection to the floor and find length through the legs without gripping. After this class your développé will feel stronger, lighter and more aligned. Consistency is everything, and this session delivers.
