Isabella

We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

If you’re just getting into stretching or want to build a better routine, this is your class. Designed for beginner and adult dancers, it focuses on safe, effective techniques to lengthen the muscles and increase your range over time – no rushing, no pressure, just steady progress.

Isabella guides you through clear, supported stretches that target the hamstrings, hips, spine and glutes, always with an eye on alignment and control. You’ll learn what to feel, how to breathe, and how to stretch in a way that builds flexibility and prevents injury.

Start small. Stay consistent. You’ll be surprised how far you can go.
