We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

BWI - Isabella dancing

About this Class

This class isn’t just about putting your shoes on. It’s about building the kind of strength, placement and control that’ll carry you through years of pointe work. Think of it as your foundation: over 20 focused minutes, you’ll move through slow rises, relevés and échappés designed to build power from the ground up. We’ll target feet, ankles, calves and core, helping you activate the right muscles, avoid common mistakes and start trusting your body en pointe.

Every exercise is carefully paced so you can feel what good technique actually feels like – no rushing or guessing, just smart, solid progress. Whether it’s your very first pointe class or you’re coming back after a break, this is the class that sets you up to go further. One rise at a time.
