We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

This much-requested class brings your pointe work into the centre. You’ll focus on building strength in the feet and legs with lots of relevé work, while also developing the control, core strength and alignment needed to balance and move confidently off the barre. Isabella combines classic drills with more dynamic movement, helping you transfer your weight efficiently and feel supported from the ground up. It’s ideal for dancers who’ve done a fair amount of pointe and want to take things further – or for those looking to refine and condition their centre work with smart, structured repetition.
