Isabella

We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

This centre class is for beginner dancers or anyone wanting to go back to basics and deepen their understanding. With slower pacing and a clear focus on alignment, arms and transitions, it helps you gain confidence in centre work, including pirouette prep, jumps and adage. Isabella shares her own experience and favourite exercises that helped her learn to stay centred and expressive without feeling overwhelmed. Expect repetition, support and space to think. It’s not just about doing the steps, but understanding how to do them well. You’ll come away with more control, more presence and more joy in the movement.
