We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress
  • An arabesque each side – master it, and make it clean
  • 1 minute butterfly stretch – breathe, don’t force, keep your back long and actively push the knees out

About this Guide

Have you ever been told you don’t have enough turnout? I was.As a young student, I didn’t know what that meant or how to improve it. I could’ve let it define me, but instead I became the top student in my year at Vaganova. With the right guidance and a bit of stubborn belief, I built the turnout I needed. And so can you.

This guide is for dancers who want to better understand and improve their turnout from the inside out. You’ll learn how to engage the deep rotator muscles, release the right areas and connect technique with awareness.

With simple tools and a structured guide, you’ll start feeling more control in your pirouettes, more range in your hips and a sense of grounded freedom when you move.

Let’s strengthen from the roots so you can grow into the dancer you’re becoming.
