You’ll tone the full body using bodyweight exercises at the barre, followed by a focused mat series that builds strength from the inside out. With clear cues and energising music, this class helps you challenge your muscles, refine your control and build endurance without overcomplicating the combinations. You’ll finish stronger, more centred and ready for the next round. Great as a cross-training day, a supplement to your technique work or just a chance to feel powerful in your body.
