We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

BWI - Isabella dancing

We'll be back soon. In the meantime... keep it moving

  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress

About this Guide

This back-to-school guide is your bridge into a fresh season of training – a smart, supportive way to regain momentum, strengthen technique and stay grounded as your schedule fills up again. Whether you’re returning from a break, juggling school timetables or simply want to start the year strong, this guide is built to meet you where you are and elevate you from there.

We’ll focus on essential elements of ballet technique that make a real difference to your dancing: turnout, extensions, arabesques, feet and pirouettes. Each class is designed to support both your body and your mindset, helping you improve your strength, stamina and precision without burning out or losing joy in the process.

There’s a balance between targeted strength and mobility work, centre and floor-based classes, and creative tools like visualisation to help you feel more connected, confident and expressive. This isn’t about training harder — it’s about training smarter, building a foundation that lasts all season long.

You’ll learn how to use your deep stabilisers more effectively, stay injury-free with better alignment, and develop real control in your movement. Expect to feel stronger, more stable, and more prepared — both in the studio and in yourself.

Let’s make this your strongest year yet.
