Isabella’s students used to joke her feet looked like flippers. But she trained them to be strong, supple and ready for anything. And so can you. Through targeted exercises and stretching, we’ll improve strength, shape and articulation in your feet and ankles. This isn’t fluff. It’s a secret weapon for jumps, pirouettes and that clean, classical line.
