  • 32 calf rises each leg! – keep it slow and controlled
  • 30 glute bridges – lengthen through the floor
  • 1 minute plank - embrace the shakes!
  • 4 x 30 second balances in retiré each side – if you fall, we start from the top!
  • Practice your pirouettes from 5th and 4th each side. Try each turn until you feel 1 percent progress
  • An arabesque each side – master it, and make it clean
  • 1 minute butterfly stretch – breathe, don’t force, keep your back long and actively push the knees out

About this Course

The psoas is one of those muscles that gets mentioned a lot… but rarely understood. Sitting deep in the pelvis and linking the spine to the legs, it’s responsible for everything from hip flexion to spinal stability and freedom of movement, and it can also be the root of tension, tightness or poor alignment when it’s not functioning properly.

In this course, we’ll help you locate and visualise your psoas, then lengthen and strengthen it through a series of targeted exercises. You’ll learn to work with it, not against it. And feel more grounded, more connected and more in control with every movement. You’ve got a powerhouse waiting inside you. Let’s find it.
