We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Course

There’s an art (and a science) to lifting your leg high to the front. And it doesn’t involve yanking from the hip. In this course, Isabella guides you through how to train your body to support a high, turned-out développé front using the correct strength, mobility and coordination. You’ll learn how to stop overworking your hip flexors and instead use the deep, supportive muscles that truly create lift.

This isn’t just about height. It’s about control, alignment and artistry. Ready to feel proud of your front leg?
