We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

Turnout is one of ballet’s most elusive skills – and one of its most essential. This beginner-friendly class breaks it down into slow, deliberate barre work designed to help you feel the connection between inner thigh, heel and floor.

With Isabella’s expert cues and calm pacing, you’ll learn how to build real rotation from the hips and engage the right muscles for long-term success.

Whether you’re brand new or returning to basics, this class helps you understand turnout not as a shape, but as a sensation.
