About this Course

Turnout starts long before the first plié. And if you’ve ever felt stuck trying to “force” it, this is your missing piece. This floor barre series dives into the roots of clean, healthy turnout – the kind that holds up at the barre and the centre. Based on the Kniaseff method taught in elite ballet schools, these exercises target the specific muscles and patterns dancers often skip in regular training.

You’ll start with the foundational “Fab 4” exercises to build deep turnout from the ground up. Then you’ll move through abdominals, adage and grand battement training, refining the hips and spine for classical movement.

This isn’t about pushing for turnout. It’s about building the strength and awareness to maintain it. Consistently. Safely. Beautifully.
