Prepare to have higher and stronger legs with this ultimate développé class.
Exercises with the aid of the Pilates ball, theraband and ankle weights which will help you find and build all those deep and key muscles we need for strength and correct alignment.
We will be targeting développé to the front, side and back giving improved lightness in all areas.
This class is tough and guaranteed to build the muscular stamina and strength required for developpé.

Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder
Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet.
