We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

Class Info
About this Class

Strong extensions don’t come from forcing height. They come from the deep work. Using a glute resistance band, this class trains the muscles that matter most for turnout, stability and leg freedom.

You’ll build the connection between your core and psoas so your legs can lift without gripping, and strengthen the deep rotators, hamstrings and glutes that support arabesque, balance and control. It burns, but in that satisfying way that tells you something is changing. This is the kind of strength work that gives you height, clarity and consistency.

One class and you’ll understand exactly where extensions should come from.
