We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

About this Class

This isn’t just floor barre – it’s floor barre with resistance. Using a Pilates ring, we’ll dial up the intensity to strengthen your turnout, activate your deep core and fire up the backs of the legs.

The ring gives you instant feedback and resistance in all the right places, so you’re not just going through the motions – you’re building smarter habits and stronger patterns. Every exercise helps you connect to alignment, control and support.

You’ll leave this class feeling clearer, stronger and more connected to your technique from the ground up.
