We're warming up

We're taking a short pause while Ballet With Isabella steps into something new. Same world-class training. A bigger mission behind it. This next chapter is about more than ballet. It's about how you train, and how you show up – in and out of the studio.

BWI - Isabella dancing

We'll be back soon. In the meantime... keep it moving

About this Class

This advanced Vaganova barre blends technique, stamina and style in a way that challenges every part of your dancing. You’ll work through complex combinations that train strength, coordination and the expressive upper‑body work that defines the Vaganova method.

Expect longer phrases, faster transitions and exercises that ask you to stay lifted and organised even when your legs are on fire. With foundations at the core, you’ll learn the rules so you can break them with intention, adding artistry and depth to your movement.

Set to live piano by Guy Attew, this class is as musical as it is demanding.
