Plan Breakdown

Take a look at the plan breakdown below and get started today!

Week 1 Classes

Floor Barre on the wall
36.00

Floor Barre is one of the most effective tools a dancer can use to train proper alignment and muscle usage. Now with the aid of the wall we are taking it to new levels. This class will help you find your deep rotators, hamstring strength, inner thigh and heel reach and stability. If you add this to your routine you are guaranteed to be stronger than ever.

Hip Mobility and Stretches
26.00

This class perfect for opening up the hips as well as activating the deep turnout muscles in a really calm, meditative way. With slow strategic movements we will get into the muscles required for increased turnout, flexibility and strength. Get ready to feel how amazing your hips and turnout feel after this.

Rest Day
Foot & Ankle Injury Prevention
35.00

Level 1 aims and objectives: 1. To learn activation of foot intrinsics and arch support. 2. To activate and build endurance to movements of foot inversion, eversion – tibialis posterior and peroneals. 3. To build optimal neuromuscular control of plantar flexion utilising gastrocnemius and soleus to demi pointe. 4. To obtain optimal range of motion into dorsi flexion and learn control of this range. 5. To build single leg stability in standing and stability on double leg demi pointe.

Yoga for Dancers – Core & Arms
20.00

In this lesson we will be focusing on one of the key areas of the body that is often over looked. That is the core. The core is your power house. It allows you to lift the legs, have controlled adagio, better pirouettes, jumps and more. Training the core needs to be of the upmost importance. Let’s go!

Rest Day
Spine Mobility Exercises
20

This is a class anyone can do!  A class to mobilise the spine, create more balance in the body which then leads to proper alignment. Perfect for beginner students who have a lower range of flexibility, although every level can have benefit from this class. As well as creating more balance, this class will relieve stress helping you feel more relaxed allowing you to unwind.

Week 2 Classes

Floor Barre for Développé
29.00

I am so excited for you to try this class! If you’re looking to improve your height of leg in all positions, have perfect placement and fine tune your muscle connection, then this is the class for you. After this class, your legs will go higher and be stronger. Not only will your legs go higher but your turnout muscles will also be on fire too! Let’s get going!

Ball On The Wall Turnout Class
20.00

In many of my classes, I make the student visualise having a ball behind their knee when they do anything related to turnout. This is incredibly useful, but sometimes it can still be very challenging to access the muscles required effectively. Now you don’t have to imagine!

Rest Day
Amazing Feet
27.00

In this lesson we will be learning all about how to exercise our feet in the best possible way to encourage proper use of all the toes, the ankle and underneath of foot. Having feet trained to work like our hands will give you strength to keep your toes long, power in jumps and relevés as well as having an aesthetically pleasing line. Enjoy your first lesson.

Mat Madness – Core Strength
20.00

In this class we go a little lighter in the intensity and focus on the deep rotator muscles as well as stretching out the hips. Deep rotator connection is subtle and hard to find which is why we have to go slow, and think deeply as we do the movements. Take some deep breathes and let’s go!

Rest Day
Long Hamstring Stretches
20.00

This class is very relaxed and laid back. Perfect for those looking to improve their hamstring length and flexibility as well as loosening up after an intense class, workout or rehearsal. Suitable for beginners and advanced students. This is class is great because you can easily track your progress with the movements to see if you are gaining flexibility. Enjoy!

Week 3 Classes

Floor Barre on the wall
36.00

Floor Barre is one of the most effective tools a dancer can use to train proper alignment and muscle usage. Now with the aid of the wall we are taking it to new levels. This class will help you find your deep rotators, hamstring strength, inner thigh and heel reach and stability. If you add this to your routine you are guaranteed to be stronger than ever.

Beginner Stretch
30.00

For dancers and adult dancers who are at the beginning of their stretching journey. This is the class for you. Simple stretches to get you started, to help you get into a new habit and lengthen your muscles to increase your range of motion. Stretching requires starting slow and being consistent. Start now!

Rest Day
Amazing Feet Course
15.00

Hеre is where we will get in to the key stretches I want you to learn to uncover your highest arch. Practice these stretches daily and you will see improvements in your arches and line of foot! Once you combine the strength elements with the flexibility elements. Everything will start to come together. With stretching we must be consistent. If you practice regularly, you will see results!

Balance Course
15.00

n this lesson we will be looking at exercises to strengthen the ankles and sides of the hips. We need not only strong and stable ankles but if our hips are unstable we won’t be able to hold our balance as well as needed. I will take you through some of my favourite exercises in this lesson to help you. You will need a theraband and pilates ball, foam block or unstable service for this class.

Rest Day
Intermediate Hip Stretches
15.00

This hip stretches class is perfect for opening up the hips first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. Ideal for those wanting to improve turnout and their extensions. Expect the hips to feel more open and ready for class.

Week 4 Classes

Floor Barre Class 2.0
30.00

This Class is one of my most popular classes of all time and it’s back! Floor Barre is something that really helped me discover my turnout. I have drawn inspiration from floor barres I have crossed paths with over the years and added my own exercises as well. Connecting with the correct muscles can be hard but this class really helps you connect with those difficult turn out muscles we all need to find. If you do this regularly, your technique will vastly improve! Turnout will get better, balance, pirouettes. That’s what we want! This class can be for all levels, though it’s best for intermediate and up. Enjoy!

Hip Manifestation Stretch
24.00

Honestly this is the class we all need in our lives. it’s calm, relaxing and a total reset for body and mind. one of my favourite things to do is help you all mentally with my podcast ‘A dancer’s Mindset’ and I thought why not include the two things! Stretching and manifesting an amazing life you desire. Prepare to feel amazing with my manifestation stretch.

Rest Day
Beginner Pointe Course Feet Exercises
10.00

In this lesson we will be hearing Isabella talk all about her journey with pointe shoes, what you should expect when you get your first pair, as well as how to prepare your shoes, protect your feet and put the shoes on properly. A very enjoyable and informative lesson for you to gain knowledge about your pointe shoes and start your journey correctly!

Perfecting Pirouettes
41.00

In this course I will be sharing all my exercises, tips and technique to getting consistent and good pirouettes en dehors. We will be talking specifically about turns from 4th and 5th position. I practiced so much in school to get my turns excellent. It became normal for me to do 4 or 5 every time from 4th. You want the doubles and triples to be easy! Here I will help you understand the muscles required, the co ordination and so much more Suitable for all levels!

Rest Day
Barre Challenge – HIIT
20.00

Time to Barre HIIT. This is about challenging your stamina and muscles to the limit. Working to fatigue. Give this your all. Let’s go!

Meet your ballet teacher.

The primary goal of this plan is to develop and enhance technique by promoting progress in areas such as turnout, extensions, arabesque lines, foot strength, and pirouettes. Additionally, it aims to support the physical and mental well-being of dancers throughout the school term. Instead of focusing on intensity, the strategy emphasizes intelligent strength training and mobility. Each day targets a specific area of focus, allowing different muscle groups to rest and recover while engaging others.

Level 1

Level 1: Foundation & Mobility (Weeks 1–3)
This level is about waking up the body and preparing it for deeper flexibility.
You’ll focus on:
Gentle mobility drills for hips, hamstrings, and hip flexors
Myofascial release techniques to reduce tension
Introductory stretches with proper alignment
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to stretching after a break. The key here is consistency — showing up and giving your body time to adapt.

Level 2

Level 2: Active flexibility & Control (Weeks 4-6)
Now that your body is primed, we begin working on active flexibility and control.
You’ll focus on:
Longer hold times in foundational stretches
Chair- and block-assisted drills for depth and support
Active engagement of glutes, core, and legs to create true flexibility. Strengthening supporting muscles around the hips and pelvis. Dynamic stretches to build range and coordination
This level bridges the gap between flexibility and functional mobility — helping you go deeper with control, not force.

Level 3

Level 3: Find your full range (Weeks 7-9)
You’ve done the groundwork — now it’s time to commit to your full range.
You’ll focus on: Combining mobility, strength, and alignment in full split practice. Holding deeper splits with the aid of props (chair, blocks, wall)
Exploring full range in front and middle splits
Flow-style sessions to connect and challenge your flexibility
Learning your new go-to splits maintenance routine
This level is about owning your flexibility. Whether you’re fully flat or still a few inches away, you’ll come out of this with a strong, safe, and sustainable practice to carry forward.
