    About The 7 Day Barre Workout  Plan

    This Plan is for everyone. From the experienced dancer to the person who has never done ballet before. This plan will get you in shape fast. If you’re coming back from time off or simply want to get stronger, developing long lean muscle, this plan is for you. With just 20 minutes a day, these exercises are incredibly effective. Get strong with us in 7 days!

    Week 1 Classes

    Day 1 – Legs, Legs, Legs

    Grab your pilates ring. It’s going to burn, we are going to work! Training the whole leg, thighs, inner thighs and glutes. Let’s go team!

    Day 2 – Strength for Développé
    20.00

    In this lesson with the aid of the pilates ball we will be building the strength for lifting the legs high. Using hamstrings, glutes, abs, obliques and deep rotators. This class with the high reps will get your legs strong, training the “hinge” of your devéloppé which is the most important moment.

    Day 3 – Turnout that Booty
    20.00

    Time to work that booty! Have your pilates ball near by. Here we will be working the intrinsic deep rotators of the glutes, working the turnout muscles to fatigue. Feel that burn, let’s go!

    Day 4 – Lower Legs of Steel
    20.00

    It is time to drill those calfs! This is something as dancers we place huge importance on. of course we need a strong core and body but without strong lower legs we won’t ever have the strength for continuous rises. Let’s go!

    Day 5 – Lunge and Battement!

    Grab your Pilates ring. We are going to get that cardio up! Time to work those legs with dynamic movements. Lunges and grand battement. Keep your form, core engaged. Let’s crush it!

    Day 6 – Core Power
    20.00

    As we know the core is so important! Now it’s time to train it. We will be doing exercises on the barre or a wall if your barre is not stable, then come down to your mat for some of our core crushing ab workouts. Here we go!

    Day 7 – Barre HIIT
    20.00

    Well done! You’ve done 6 days of consistent Barre. Did you think we would go easy on the last day? Absolutely not. Time to Barre HIIT. This is about challenging your stamina and muscles to the limit. Working to fatigue. Give this your all. Let’s go!

    Day 8 – Time to Stretch!
    20.00

    Well done! Now it’s time to stretch the whole body and enjoy a well deserved stretch after all the work you have put in the last week. Above anything else, you have started to build habits with the choice you made for yourself to get up and go! You did that and should be proud.Now check out the other plans and studio to keep that consistency up. Good job!

    Meet your teacher

    Founder

    ​Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet. Isabella then founded BWI  and is working with dancers worldwide to help them achieve their goals.
