About this class.
Strong jumps requires very strong glutes and backs of legs! Here in this 20 minute class we will be doing some key exercises on the mat and standing up at the barre that really helped me get the power and strength in my legs that I needed to jump high. This class is perfect for students who have gone through a growth spurt and need to start getting their strength back, or for those who are just lacking the strength in general and need to work on it. For those who just want their legs to be that bit more toned, it’s great for that too! Let’s get going.

Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder
Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet.
