About this class.
Grab your pilates ring and let’s get the inner thighs burning! Inner thighs are one of the most neglected muscles of a dancer, and one of the most important muscles.
These muscles help with turnout, alignment and beats when jumping. In short, they should be used all the time!
Once you’ve mastered using your inner thighs expect to feel tendus in fifth position being much easier.
All my workouts like floor barre use the inner thighs but this is a great targeted workout to get them firing.
We will also do some bonus exercises with the ring to get the upper body strong for turns!

Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder
Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet.
