About this class:

With the aid of a stretch band, we will be taking your mobility and strength of extensions to the next level.

Although this is a stretch class, the exercises are very dynamic making us warm and mobile from the inside out.

Expect to not only feel more flexible when you’re done with this class but also to be much more aware of the muscles required in order to lift the legs high to the side and hold them there.

Isabella McGuire Mayes
Founder

​Isabella trained at The Royal Ballet School and then became the first British girl to join the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg at 15 where she studied for 4 years. She joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet in Russia as a soloist and later danced with Eifman Ballet. Isabella then founded BWI  and is working with dancers worldwide to help them achieve their goals.
