Meet your teacher
Colleen Grace is an Australian professional dancer with currently over 8 years of international performance experience. During her studies at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, she discovered the vital role of Yoga and Pilates in supporting dancers’ strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. Inspired by this, she pursued certifications in both Pilates and Yoga while integrating them into her ballet training.
