Class description:
Suvi presents a detailed a beginner classical ballet class mostly spent on the barre and a little centre. This is for everyone who strives to push themselves and improve their technique further. Isabella is passionate about teaching dancers the details that you often miss in open class. This class is suitable if you have done a few basic/beginner ballet classes.

Meet Your Teacher:
Suvi Honkanen is a dancer from Helsinki. Suvi began dancing at the age of 3 and studied at the Helsinki Dance Institute’s specialized training program as well as at the Boulder Ballet School in the USA. She completed her professional dancer training at the Finnish National Opera Ballet School and also studied at the Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg under Irina Sitnikova. After graduating in 2011, she was hired by the Finnish National Ballet, where she danced for nine years in both classical works and contemporary dance repertoire, after which she has been employed as a freelance dancer internationally.
