Liability Waiver

Please acknowledge that you are participating in the Intensive at your own risk and that you are medically fit to do so. Ballet With Isabella is not liable for any injury, damage and/or loss that might arise as a result of your participation. If you participate against guidance from medical advisors/professionals, or if you fail to comply with advice given by myself (Isabella McGuire Mayes), we are not liable for any injury, damage and/or loss. By joining this Intensive, you agree that you will not take any action against Ballet With Isabella for any injury or damage/loss in respect of you or your property.

Photography and Videography Release

Photographs and videos will be taken during the week and will be potentially shared on social media and/or on the BWI website. If you do not wish to be videoed, photographed, or otherwise recorded please cross out this section without signing and let Isabella or Yasmin know at the start of the workshop.

Please also be respectful of fellow participants and teachers if you choose to film yourself.

T-Shirt Size

We will provide you with a BWI t-shirt upon your arrival at the intensive. Please let us know your preferred T-shirt size. Thank you!
