Class description
Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for dancers looking to deepen their strength and flexibility, as well as for those new to movement who want to start the week with intention and calm. Through mindful poses and flowing sequences, we’ll cultivate balance and focus, easing into the week ahead with a sense of connection and rejuvenation. Whether you’re an advanced yogi or just beginning your practice, this class will meet you where you are and support your needs. This Yoga Flow is a blend of all styles and traditions of yoga, incorporating some pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation techniques to help unify your body and mind.

Meet your teacher
Roseanna Leney is a Principal ballet dancer with Scottish Ballet. Alongside her ballet career, she became incredibly passionate for all things heath, fitness and wellbeing, which led her to qualify as a personal trainer in 2021 and then I went on to train as a yoga instructor, qualifying in 2023.
Inclusivity and kindness are at the heart of her teaching and my classes are a safe space for everyone. Yoga is and always will be more than just the physical asanas, and it has impacted both her dance career and both her mental and physical health. Because of this Roseanna wishes to share that knowledge and experience with others, to help them grow and find fulfilment.
