Take your pointe work to the next level with this focused centre class. Designed for intermediate dancers, this class will help you build strength, coordination, and balance while dancing off the barre. Through controlled exercises, weight shifts, and graceful transitions, you’ll gain the confidence and stability needed for more advanced pointe work.

Meet your teacher

Eleonora Adeeva is a teacher of classical dance, Soloist of the St. Petersburg Ballet Theater Graduate of the performing department of the choreographic school named after R.Nureyev. As a student, she danced in the ballets of Y. N. Grigorovich. After graduating from the school, she was invited to the troupe of the St. Petersburg Ballet Theater, where she prepared parts with famous ballerinas Alla Osipenko, Svetlana Efremova. Danced all the main parts on the world stages of London, Paris, Tokyo, Odette-Odile-Swan Lake, Nikiya La Bayadère, Paquita-Paquita, Fairy Serenity-Sleeping Beauty, Snow Queen-Nutcracker.) Laureate of international competitions. In 2009, she graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Printing Arts – choreography department, received the qualification of a teacher of classical dance. She successfully conducted master classes in Spain, Hungary, Austria, Latvia, and Mauritius. Her students were awarded the highest prizes at international competitions
