Class description
Focus: Directions, Balance, Turning Drills & Basic Jumps
Join Isabella for a supportive and structured beginner centre class designed to help you feel confident moving away from the barre. In this class, you’ll work on foundational skills that are essential for centre work, including understanding stage directions (croisé, effacé, écarté), building your balance in static and moving positions, and introducing simple turning drills to improve coordination and spotting.
You’ll also explore beginner-level allegro (jumps), focusing on correct take-off and landings, posture in the air, and musical timing. Isabella will guide you step-by-step, offering clear breakdowns and encouraging cues to help you stay grounded, aligned, and in control. Whether you’re new to centre work or looking to solidify your basics, this class will give you the tools to grow with confidence and grace.
