Class description.
Advanced Pilates/Conditioning is for dancers, athletes, and professional teachers. The focus of this class is to build a strong core, proper alignment, breathing, turnout, flexibility and balance body strength. This class will properly optimize your overall body conditioning to enhance and maximize your performance.
Class length: 60 minutes

Pilates band
Thick Stretching band
Without the proper equipment. Olga may refuse entry to the class.
Who is this for?
- For pre pro students and adult dancers
- Fitness of a good level

- Not for someone with very weak core or lower back
Meet your teacher.
Olga Roberts
Miss Olga Roberts was accepted at the age of 14 at the Birmingham Royal Ballet. Then she continued her training at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. She was trained under former principal dancers Margaret Porter, Anya Linden, and Diana Vere who were one of the partners of Rudolph Nureyev. She was very interested to learn ballet and contemporary dance. She learned foundational techniques such as those pioneered by Martha Graham and Merce Cunningham through release-based styles and newer techniques such as Gaga.
Later she joined several dance companies in Greece, England, Germany, and Australia. She was a former dancer at Pina Bausch ( Tanztheater Wuppertal).
Olga completed Advanced Master Training (2.5 years and 1000 hours ) in Body Control-Pilates as a student of the Master Teacher Jenny Colbourne.
Jenny was a student of Jerome Andrews ( First Generation Teacher who worked for Joseph Pilates for 10 years) and Alan Herdman.
Olga has created and further developed her own body conditioning method for dancers and athletes. She has fused Advanced Pilates techniques with ballet movements to evenly strengthen and precisely align each body.
