Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to support you.

• Your 14-day free trial is completely free to try – cancel anytime during this period and you won’t be charged.
• Once your trial ends and your paid Membership begins, we’re unable to offer refunds, as full access to our content is granted instantly.
• This applies to both Monthly and Annual Memberships – the only difference between them is the length of your billing cycle.

Terms & Conditions

1. Your Free Trial
   When you sign up for an ISABELLA Membership – Monthly or Annual – you begin with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged to your payment method during this time. If you don’t cancel before your trial ends, your Membership will automatically continue, and we’ll charge your payment method the applicable Membership Fee (the monthly or annual price shown at checkout) to begin your Membership. Your 14 days run as 14 full 24-hour periods starting from the exact date and time you sign up, and the renewal date shown in your account is in UK time. If you’re joining from outside the UK, particularly the US, this can mean that your trial ends, and your Membership begins, earlier in your own time zone than the date alone suggests.
2. Cancelling During Your Free Trial
   You’re welcome to cancel at any point during your 14-day trial, for any reason. If you do, you’ll keep full access to ISABELLA for the remainder of your 14 days – so if you cancel on day 3, you’ll still have access through to day 14. Your payment method will not be charged.
3. Monthly Membership
   Once your free trial ends, your Monthly Membership will renew automatically each month, and we’ll charge your payment method the Monthly Fee on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. When you do, your cancellation will take effect from your next renewal date – you’ll keep access to ISABELLA until then, and we won’t charge you again after that. As the current billing period will have already been paid for, we’re not able to offer a refund for any unused portion of it. For example, if your Membership renews on the 12th of each month and you cancel on the 30th, you’ll keep access until the 12th of the following month, at which point your Membership will end and no further payment will be taken.
4. Annual Membership
   Once your free trial ends, we’ll charge your payment method the Annual Fee, and your Annual Membership will run for 12 months from that date. Your Membership will then renew automatically each year, and we’ll charge the applicable Annual Fee on each renewal date, until you cancel.
   You’re welcome to cancel your Annual Membership at any time. When you do, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 12-month term – you’ll keep access until then, and your Membership simply won’t renew for the following year. As the current term will have already been paid for, we’re not able to offer a refund for any unused portion of it.
5. Pausing Your Membership
   If you need a break, you’re welcome to pause your Membership, whether you’re on Monthly or Annual. We don’t work to a fixed pause length, most pauses run up to around three months, though we’re happy to look at longer pauses on a case by case basis depending on your circumstances. While you’re paused, billing stops and your access pauses too, nothing is taken from your payment method for the duration. Whenever you’re ready to return, your Membership picks back up from where you left off. If you’re on an Annual Membership, your current term simply moves back by the length of your pause, so you keep the full 12 months you originally paid for. If you’re on a Monthly Membership, your next renewal date shifts back by the same amount.
6. Refunds After Your Trial
   Once your free trial has ended, Membership Fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. If There’s a Problem With Your Membership
   If you believe there’s a problem with your Membership, please get in touch – this section doesn’t affect your legal rights if something’s gone wrong on our end.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. If we make a change that affects you, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.

FAQs

How does the Free Trial work?
We believe in giving you the chance to fully experience ISABELLA before committing. That’s why we offer a 14-day free trial – no payment needed. We hope you love the experience and decide to stay, but if you decide it’s not quite right for you, simply cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. Please note that once your trial ends and your paid Membership begins, we’re unable to offer refunds, as full access to our content is instantly granted. Your 14 days run as 14 full 24-hour periods starting from the exact date and time you sign up, and the renewal date shown in your account is in UK time, so, if joining outside the UK, please bear this in mind when calculating when your payment will be taken.

How can I cancel?
You can cancel your Membership anytime from your account settings. If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, your access will end after the trial period, and you won’t be charged. If you cancel after the trial ends and your paid Membership has started, your access will continue through to the end of your current billing cycle, and your Membership will not renew. We don’t offer refunds for partially unused Membership periods.

Is cancelling an Annual Membership different to cancelling Monthly?
Not really – the same rule applies either way. Cancelling simply stops your Membership renewing. For Monthly Memberships your billing cycle is one month, so you’ll keep access until the end of that month. For Annual Memberships your billing cycle is a year, so you’ll keep access until the end of your current 12-month term.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your free trial has ended, we’re unable to offer refunds on Membership Fees already charged, except where required by law.

Can I pause my Membership?
Yes. You can pause your Membership at any time, whether you’re on Monthly or Annual. We don’t work to a fixed pause length, most pauses run up to around three months, though we’re happy to look at longer pauses depending on your circumstances. Billing and access both stop while you’re paused, and your Membership picks back up right where it left off when you’re ready to return.
